How VIP Membership Works
FAQ's
How does the MAC Day Spa VIP membership work?
Benefits begin after your first charge processes. You are auto-charged on the 1st of the month for your selected VIP package. After the 3-month minimum term, you may cancel at any time; otherwise membership continues uninterrupted.
Are member services available any day and time?
Your monthly VIP service can be scheduled during business hours, based on availability.
Can I pre-book my VIP service appointment?
Yes. We recommend pre-booking your next VIP service at checkout to secure the day and time you prefer.
What if I need to reschedule my VIP service?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Missed appointments without rescheduling may count as your monthly service.
What if I cannot use my monthly VIP service? Does it carry over?
You receive one VIP service credit on the 1st of the month. Unused credit rolls over to the following month and can only be used toward the service it was purchased for.
How am I billed for my VIP service?
Membership services are billed through secure auto-pay on the 1st of each month.
Can I combine other offers with my membership?
VIP pricing cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Multiple VIP services may be purchased under the same account.
How do I cancel my VIP membership?
After the initial 3-month term, email your cancellation request to info@macdayspa.com by the 15th of the preceding month to cancel.
