FAQ's
How does the MAC Day Spa VIP membership work?
Your benefits start immediately after the first charge processes for your 3 month VIP package(s). You will only be auto-charged on the 1st of the month for one treatment from your selected package, but you can receive multiple treatments in the same month at the discounted VIP pricing. You can cancel your VIP membership at anytime after you have met the 3 month minimum, otherwise your membership will continue uninterrupted.

Are member services available any day and time?
Your monthly VIP can be used anytime during business hours, depending on availability.

Can I pre-book my appointment?
Absolutely! We recommend you pre-book your next VIP Service during check out, so you are sure to have the date and time that works best for your schedule.

What if I need to reschedule my VIP?
Give us at least 24 hours notice by calling to reschedule your service. If you are a “no show” (meaning you do not show or do not reschedule your scheduled appointment) for your monthly membership treatment, it will count as your service for that month.

What if I am not able to receive my monthly service? Does it carry over?
You will receive one monthly VIP service credit on the 1st of the month. If you miss your service for the month, your remaining credit will carry over to the following month. However, your credit can only be used towards the service for which it was purchased.

How am I billed?
All of our members are auto-charged with a secure billing system. Your VIP membership package(s) are charged on the 1st of the month.

Can I combine any other offers with my membership?
VIP's cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. However, multiple VIP services can be purchased under the same account.

How do I cancel my VIP membership?
To cancel after your initial 3 month agreement term, email info@macdayspa.com with your name by the 15th of the preceding month.
